The apparent conceals the transcendent so we simply get stuck in appearances time and again. This results in wrong view. If we upturn the apparent and reveal the transcendent ie. that which is hidden or concealed, we will reach the truth and see things clearly. In uprooting the obvious, we are also able to uproot our clinging to it and reframe our habitual world view.
